บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างระบบจองใช้ห้องปฎิบัติการเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และอุปกรณ์เครื่องแก้วให้กับ หลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีเคมี มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบจองใช้ห้องปฎิบัติการเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และอุปกรณ์เครื่องแก้ว
จากผลการประเมินการใช้งานของระบบจองใช้ห้องปฎิบัติการเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และอุปกรณ์เครื่องแก้วพบว่าผู้ดูแลระบบมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบเกี่ยวกับระบบจองใช้ห้องปฎิบัติการเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์และอุปกรณ์เครื่องแก้วโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.40 S.D. = 0.08) โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากในด้านรูปแบบหน้าจอ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.28 S.D. = 0.03) ด้านเนื้อหาและข้อมูล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.36 S.D. = 0.08) ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.42 S.D. = 0.06) ด้านการนำไปใช้งานจริง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.48 S.D. = 0.06) ตามลำดับ
