ประโยชน์ จากการเล่นซ่อนหา ก็คือ ฝึกให้เป็นคนช่างสังเกต สามารถจับทิศทางของเสียงได้ รวมทั้งรู้จักประเมินสถานที่ซ่อนตัว จึงฝึกความรอบคอบได้อีกทาง นอกจากนี้ยังทำให้ผู้เล่นสนุกสนาน อารมณ์แจ่มใจเบิกบานไปด้วย
