น.ส.เอ เล่าว่า ได้อาศัยอยู่กับยาย ส่วนพ่อกับแม่ไปอยู่ต่างประเทศ ก่อนเกิดเหตุ แม่ค้าขายหาอาหารทะเลในตลาดบางเสร่ ที่รู้จักกันได้ล่อลวงชักชวนให้ไปเที่ยวบ้าน ก่อนจะลงมือจับเปลื้องเสื้อผ้า ให้คนงานชาวกัมพูชาทำการข่มขืน เมื่อขัดขืนก็จะถูกต่อว่าและข่มขู่ ไม่ให้เอาเรื่องนี้ไปบอกใคร
