ข้อ 26. กรณีสัญญาเลิกกัน
ในกรณีที่สัญญาเลิกกันไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุครบกำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่า หรือด้วยเหตุหนึ่งเหตุใดก็ตาม
ผู้เช่าต้องย้ายบุคคลและทรัพย์สินออกจากทรัพย์ที่เช่า และส่งคืนทรัพย์ที่เช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าในสภาพเรียบร้อย
