วิธีทำ
1. ล้างปลาหมึกให้สะอาด ซับน้ำให้แห้ง
2. โขลกขมิ้น กระเทียม พริกไทย เกลือป่นให้ละเอียด
3. นำเครื่องที่โขลกคลุกกับปลาหมึกให้ทั่วหมักไว้ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง
4. นำไปย่างบนไฟที่ร้อนปานกลางจนกระทั่งไข่ปลาหมึกซึ่งอยู่ในท้องสุกดี จึงนำมารับประทานกับน้ำจิ้ม

1. พริกชี้ฟ้าแดงโขลกละเอียด 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
