สำนักหอสมุดมีหนังสือภาษาไทยและต่างประเทศมากกว่า 300,000 เล่ม วารสารกว่า 80,000 เล่ม สื่อโสตทัศนวัสดุกว่า 15,000 รายการ และมีคอมพิวเตอร์เครือข่าย (Internet) ไว้บริการนักศึกษาจำนวนกว่า 500 เครื่อง เปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ถึงวันเสาร์ เวลา 07.30 -21.00 น. และวันอาทิตย์ เวลา 09.00 - 19.00 น. ที่วิทยาเขตกล้วยน้ำไท และวันจันทร์ถึงวันเสาร์ เวลา 07.30 - 19.00 น. ที่วิทยาเขตรังสิต
รวมทั้งให้บริการตรวจสอบรายการการยืม การค้นหาหนังสือ วารสาร สื่อดิจิตอล ตลอดจนการติดต่อสอบถามปัญหาและข้อมูลผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต นักศึกษาที่สนใจสามารถใช้บริการได้ที่ http://library.bu.ac.th และบริการต่างๆ

บริการ Content Alert เพื่อจัดส่งข่าวสาร และบทความวารสารในสาขาวิชาที่ผู้ใช้ระบุความต้องการผ่านอีเมล์
บริการ Course Material Reserve เพื่อรวบรวมเอกสารบทความวารสาร ฯลฯ ตามรายวิชาที่คณาจารย์ต้องการให้นักศึกษาค้นคว้าในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งผู้ใช้สามารถเรียกใช้จากที่ใดก็ได้โดย ไม่จำเป็นต้องมาที่สำนักหอสมุด
บริการ Multimedia ภายใน Edutainment Zone ที่ให้บริการข้อมูลภาพและเสียงทางวิชาการและการสันทนาการภายในสำนักหอสมุด ในรูป Video on Demand และ Audio on Demand
