การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุการมาเรียนสายของนัก เรียนในระดับชั้น ปวส. 1แผนกวิชาการจัดการสำนักงานผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องดังนี้
