Since last week until today we have not yet received the payment from

you. In order to close the case and for your most convinenience to settle the said , we will proceed

the transaction to settle the pending expenditure onto your credit card which we have on file

on 24 th July'13 and send you a copy of invoice together with a credit card slip via email.


I've said earlier,to avoid any similar problem in the future ,Could you give your credit card

number for settlment in every month, I'm sorry that I have to ask because you do not stay in

Bangkok.

Kindly accept our sincere apology for any inconveniences and I will be waiting to hear feedback

from you as well.
