บัดนี้ ได้ครบกำหนดการเกษียณอายุแล้ว บริษัทฯ จึงขอเลิกจ้างท่านเพราะเหตุเกษียณอายุ โดยให้มีผลเลิกจ้างตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2557 เป็นต้นไป โดยบริษัทได้จ่ายเงินตามกฎหมายให้ท่านดังนี้
1.ค่าชดเชยการเลิกจ้าง (กรณีเกษียณอายุ) 200,420.00 บาท
เป็นเงิน (เงินเดือน 20,042 บาท บาท จำนวน 10 เดือน)
2.เงินช่วยเหลือพิเศษ (โบนัสพิเศษ) ( 20,042 บาท 2 เดือน) 40,084.00 บาท
รวม 240,504.00 บาท
