ธงชาติมองโกเลีย แบบปัจจุบันเริ่มใช้เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2535 เป็นธงสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า กว้าง 1 ส่วน ยาว 2 ส่วน ภายในแบ่งริ้วธงขนาดเท่ากันเป็น 3 ริ้วตามแนวตั้ง พื้นนอกสีแดง ตรงกลางธงเป็นสีน้ำเงิน ที่ด้านคันธงนั้นมีเครื่องหมายซอยอนโบ (Soyonbo) สีเหลือง
