ให้นายจ้างจัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกซ้อมดังกล่าวตามแบบที่อธิบดีกำหนด และยื่นต่ออธิบดีหรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีมอบหมายภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่เสร็จสิ้นการฝึกซ้อม

Report the result to the employer exercises such as the Director-General and Director-General, or who submit assignment within thirty days from the completion of training.

The employer shall prepare a report on the results of such training as prescribed. And submitted to the Director-General or the person entrusted within thirty days from the date of completion of the training.

The employers to report the practice such as prescribed by the Director-General. And filed with the Director-General of the WHO Director-General or assigned within thirty days from the date of completion for practice.
