สำหรับกิจกรรมที่เราใช้ศึกษาเรื่องความแตกต่างของพืชนั้นมี 2 กิจกรรม คือ กิจกรรมการศึกษาลักษณะของเซลล์พืชและเซลล์สัตว์ และกิจกรรมการนำเสนอข้อมูล ในกิจกรรมการศึกษาลักษณะของเซลล์พืชและเซลล์สัตว์นั้นจะได้ปฏิบัติการทดลอง ดังต่อไปนี้
กลุ่ม 1,2,3,4,5 ทำการทดลองศึกษาเซลล์พืช
กลุ่ม 6,7,8,9 ทำการทดลองศึกษาเซลล์สัตว์
ให้นักเรียนแต่ละกลุ่มแบ่งกันทำงาน และบันทึกข้อมูลที่นักเรียนทำการทดลอง ลงในแบบบันทึกกิจกรรมที่ 2.1,2.2 จากนั้นให้แต่ละกลุ่มส่งตัวแทนกลุ่มมานำเสนอข้อมูลหน้าห้องเรียน
