หรับพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ได้จัดแสดงเป็น 3 ส่วน
ห้องจัดแสดงที่ 1 “ราชพัสตราจากผ้าไทย” เป็นการจัดแสดงฉลองพระองค์ชุดสากลในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ที่ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้นักออกแบบไทยและต่างชาตินำผ้าไหมไทยมาใช้ในการตัดเย็บ ทำให้ผ้าไทยที่สวยงามเป็นเอกลักษณ์และเกิดจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวาง ถือเป็นพระราชกุศโลบายในการเผยแพร่และส่งเสริมผ้าไทย รวมทั้งศิลปวัฒนธรรมด้านการแต่งกายของสตรีไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักในระดับสากล

ส่วนห้องจัดแสดงที่ 2 “ไทยพระราชนิยม” จัดแสดงฉลองพระองค์ชุดไทยพระราชนิยม 8 แบบ อาทิ ชุดไทยจิตรลดา, ชุดไทยเรือนต้น, ชุดไทยศิวาลัย, ชุดไทยจักรพรรดิ, ชุดไทยจักรี, ชุดไทยดุสิต, ชุดไทยบรมพิมาน และชุดไทยอัมรินทร์ ของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ กว่า 30 องค์ ทั้งนี้ ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ ท่านผู้หญิงมณีรัตน์ บุนนาค ตั้งชื่อชุดไทยทั้งหมดโดยนำชื่อพระที่นั่ง พระตำหนัก สถานที่สำคัญต่างๆ ในพระบรมมหาราชวัง และในพระราชวังดุสิตมาเป็นชื่อเฉพาะ ตามโอกาสและความเหมาะสมในการสวมใส่
