       พล.ต.ต.ศรีวราห์กล่าวว่า ได้นำชุดประดาน้ำลงดำหาชิ้นส่วนของนายโยชิโนริ ชิมาโตะ อายุ 79 ปี อาจารย์ญี่ปุ่นที่หายตัวไป ตามคำให้การของนายสมชาย แก้วบางยาง สามีนางพรชนก ไชยะปะ หญิงสาวคนสนิท โดยให้การรับสารภาพว่า เมื่อวันที่ 21 ก.ย.ที่ผ่านมา หลังพานายโยชิโนริซึ่งมีอาการสะลึมสะลือหลังไปพบแพทย์ที่ รพ.บางนา 2 กลับไปบ้านพักในหมู่บ้านออร์คิด ต.บางเสาธง อ.บางเสาธง จ.สมุทรปราการ แล้วก็ได้ร่วมมือกับนางพรชนกลงมือฆ่านายโยชิโนริ ก่อนหั่นร่างออกเป็นส่วนๆ แบ่งใส่ถุง และใส่ทรายไว้ก้นถุงเพื่อถ่วงน้ำหนัก หลังจากนั้นจึงนำถุงทั้ง 4 ถุงไปทิ้งลงคลองนางทิ้ง ต.บางบ่อ อ.บางบ่อ เพื่ออำพรางศพ โดยขณะนี้พบถุงใส่ดินขนาดกลาง 2 ถุงแล้วเมื่อเปิดตรวจสอบพบว่าเป็นชิ้นส่วนอวัยวะภายในคาดว่าเป็นลำไส้ และอีก 1 ถุงเป็นชิ้นส่วนของศีรษะและมือ หลังจากนี้จะต้องให้ญาติของนายโยชิโนริมายืนยันศพอีกครั้งว่าใช่หรือไม่ รวมถึงส่งชิ้นเนื้อที่พบไปตรวจหาดีเอ็นเอด้วย ส่วนนายสมชายและนางพรชนกขณะนี้ตำรวจตั้งข้อหาฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยไตร่ตรองไว้ก่อน
