จากบันทึกการสอบสวนข้อเท็จจริงกรณี Harddisk คอมพิวเตอร์หาย บริษัทฯได้มีการเรียกพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าให้ข้อมูลเพื่อหาจุดบกพร่องเกี่ยวกับ Harddisk คอมพิวเตอร์หายไป
วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2557 ได้เรียก นายทวีป เรืองสุรเชษฐ์ ตำแหน่ง หัวหน้าแผนก IT เข้าทำงานเมื่อ 05/09/2006 ประจำหน่วยงาน BPK มีหน้าที่กำกับดูแลงานด้านระบบ IT เมื่อวันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2557 แผนก Brown Field ได้แจ้งขอใช้งานครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ No.91RKB2S โดยทาง IT ได้เข้ามาตรวจเช็คระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ปรากฎว่า Harddisk คอมพิวเตอร์ หายไปจึงได้ทำการตรวจเช็คปรากฎว่าเป็นของ Mr.Idamora ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานตามสัญญาจ้างของ NISCONI ที่ประเทศอินโดนีเซียและได้ออกจากบริษัทไปตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2556
วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2557 ได้เรียกนายประเสริฐ ขันทองดี ตำแหน่ง SR.Supervisor แผนก Brown Field เข้าทำงานเมื่อ 01/06/2011 ได้สั่งให้ นางสาวสายบัว ฤทธิ์กระจาย ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานกับ แผนก IT เพื่อขอใช้คอมฯให้กับ นายธรรมนูญ เมื่อแผนก IT เข้ามา Setup PC จึงได้ทราบว่า Harddisk หายไป
วันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2557 ได้เรียก น.ส.สายบัว และน.ส.สุพัตรา ศรีสว่าง ทั้ง 2 ตำแหน่ง Document Control เข้าทำงานเมื่อ 1/11/2010 และ 06/05/2010 ตามลำดับ นางสาวสายบัว ให้การว่าเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ Mr.Idamora ที่เคยใช้งานเมื่อ July 03/2012 และต่อมาได้ออกจากงานไป ช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2013 หลังจาก Mr.Idamora ออกจากงาน แผนก Brown Field ไม่ได้แจ้งให้ แผนก IT มาตรวจเช็คคอมพิเตอร์แต่อย่างใด น.ส.สายบัว ให้การเพิ่มเติมว่า วันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2557 ได้แจ้งเรื่องขอใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ตามเอกสาร Reg.No.28 48/2014 เพื่อให้นายธรรมนูญใช้งาน
วันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2557 นายประเสริฐ ขันทองดี ตำแหน่ง SR.Supervisor แผนก Brown Field ได้เข้าให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมว่าได้สั่งให้น.ส.สายบัว ซึ่งเป็นผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา แจ้งขอใช้คอมฯให้กับนายธรรมนูญ จากนั้นได้รับแจ้งจากแผนก IT ว่าให้ใช้เครื่องของนายสมพงษ์ที่ลาออกจากงาน หลังจากแผนก ITมา Setup PC จึงทราบว่า Harddisk หายไปจึงได้มีการตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดปรากฎว่าคอมพิวเตอร์ดังกล่าวเป็นของ Mr.Idamora ที่เคยใช้งานเมื่อ July 03/2012 จากการตรวจสอบครั้งนี้ได้พบว่า Harddiskของนายศุภกิจหายไปเช่นกัน ต่อมาทางแผนก ITมาแจ้งว่า Harddiskของนายศุภกิจไม่ได้หายเพียงแต่แผนก ITถอดเอาออกไปถ่ายข้อมูลลงในNotebookซึ่งพนักงาน IT ที่มาถอดกับมาติดตั้งคอมฯเป็นคนละคนกัน
สรุป 1. เมื่อมีพนักงานลาออกงานหรือย้ายหน่วยงาน และเลิกใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ทางแผนก Brown Field ไม่ได้มีการแจ้งให้แผนก ITซึ่งมีหน้าที่ดูแลคอมพิวเตอร์โดยตรงมาตรวจสอบข้อมูลหรือตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนต่างๆของคอมฯและทำการจัดเก็บไว้ที่แผนก IT แต่เก็บไว้ที่แผนกโดยไม่มีการนำมาใช้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี 6 เดือน
2.แผนก IT ได้การถอดอุปกรณ์ชิ้นส่วนคอมพิวเตอร์บางส่วนออกไปโดยอาจเป็นเหตุให้ชิ้นส่วนบางตัวหายไป
