กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เข้าพัก โรงแรมอุบล โฮเต็ล 9 ชั้น โรงแรมสุนีย์แกรนด์ โรงแรมลายทอง และโรงแรมปทุมรัตน์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 คน โดยผู้วิจัย ใช้แบบสอบถามและสถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
