การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการจัดสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสะพานหินสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในโรงเรียนวัดสะพานหินสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3. จำนวน 265 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาคำตอบ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการจัดสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสะพานหิน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.92,S.D.=0.33)และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.04,S.D.=0.38),ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมผู้เรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก( =3.98,S.D.= 0.46)และด้านการให้บริการผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก( =3.96,S.D.= 0.49) ข้อเสนอแนะผู้บริหารโรงเรียนควรกำหนดบริเวณ และสถานที่สำหรับนั่งพักผ่อนให้เป็นสัดส่วน เหมาะสม ควรจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ ภายในโรงเรียนให้ที่หลากหลาย และความสะอาดของห้องเรียนให้แนวทางการปฏิบัติเหมือนกันทั้งโรงเรียนควรมีการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามประเมินผลการใช้ตำราเอกสารประกอบการเรียนการสอนให้ได้มาตรฐานและเป็นปัจจุบัน
