(4) กำหนดเวลาจำหน่ายอาหาร
(5) กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้จำหน่ายอาหาร ผู้ปรุงอาหาร และผู้ให้บริการ
(6) กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับสุขลักษณะของอาหาร กรรมวิธีการจำหน่าย ทำ ปรุง เก็บรักษาหรือสะสมอาหาร
(7) กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวสุขลักษณะของภาชนะอุปกรณ์ น้ำใช้ และของใช้อื่น ๆ
ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกปรับตามอัตราที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้

เจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้าใดประสงค์จะต่ออายุการจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้าของตน ให้ยื่นคำขอต่ออายุต่อนายทะเบียนภายในเก้าสิบวันก่อนวันสิ้นอายุ เมื่อได้ยื่นคำขอต่ออายุภายในกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวแล้ว ให้ถือว่าเครื่องหมายการค้านั้นยังคงจดทะเบียนอยู่จนกว่านายทะเบียนจะมีคำสั่งเป็นอย่างอื่น การขอต่ออายุการจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
ภาษีอากรตามประมวลรัษฎากร
ผู้ประกอบการต้องมีหน้าที่เสียภาษีตามประมวลรัษฎากร กรณีเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา หรือห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัยจะต้องขอมีเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีด้วย โดยมีรายละเอียดภาระภาษีดังนี้
