เมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2558 นายสุนชัย คำนูณเศรษฐ์ ผู้ว่าการ กฟผ. ได้ลงนามความร่วมมือเพื่อศึกษามาตรการสนับสนุนอาคารประสิทธิภาพสูงและการส่งเสริมให้มีหน่วยงานกลางดูแลตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานของบริษัทจัดการพลังงาน หรือ ESCO Facilitation รวมถึงการศึกษาฉลากแสดงประสิทธิภาพพลังงาน สำหรับอาคารอนุรักษ์พลังงานภาคธุรกิจ และภาคอุตสาหกรรม ร่วมกับองค์กรความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศของเยอรมัน (German International Cooperation : GIZ) นำโดย ดร. คริสติน ฟัลเค่น – โกรสเซอร์ ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจและการค้า สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีประจำประเทศไทย และนายคริสโตป เมเรส รักษาการผู้อำนวยการ GIZ ประจำประเทศไทย โดยมี ผู้บริหาร กฟผ. ได้แก่ นายธาตรี ริ้วเจริญ ผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการกิจการสังคม นางยุวดี ธงสุวรรณ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์การ นายจิระศักดิ์ มัณฑางกูร ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหารและแผนงานด้านการใช้ไฟฟ้า นายสถิตย์ สุขอนันต์ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการด้านการใช้ไฟฟ้า และผู้บริหาร GIZ ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ณ ห้องประชุม 201 อาคาร ท.100 สำนักงานใหญ่ กฟผ.




นายสุนชัย คำนูณเศรษฐ์ ผู้ว่าการ กฟผ. กล่าวว่า กฟผ. ได้ดำเนินงานโครงการ “การจัดการด้านการใช้ไฟฟ้า” เพื่อรณรงค์ให้ผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าทุกภาคส่วน เกิดจิตสำนึกในคุณค่าของพลังงานโดยผ่านกลยุทธ์ 3 อ. ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์ อาคาร และ อุปนิสัย เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมกลุ่มผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าทั้งภาคที่อยู่อาศัย ภาคธุรกิจ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมซึ่งในวันนี้ กฟผ. ได้รับความร่วมมือจาก GIZ ในการร่วมมือกันศึกษาแนวทางการดำเนินงานด้านการสนับสนุนอาคารประสิทธิภาพสูงและการส่งเสริมให้มีหน่วยงานกลางดูแลตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานของบริษัทจัดการพลังงาน หรือ ESCO Facilitation และศึกษาถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินการติดฉลากแสดงประสิทธิภาพสำหรับอาคารอนุรักษ์พลังงานภาคธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม รวมไปถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการพลังงาน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการประหยัดพลังงานให้เกิดขึ้นอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม อันจะก่อให้เกิดการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
