ดิฉันคิดว่าการรับฟังความคิดเห็นซึงกันและกันเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม เพราะเมื่อเรารู้จักที่จะยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็น ซึ่งแต่ละความคิดเห็นมีความแตกต่างกัน มีทั้งข้อดี ข้อเสีย ที่ไม่เหมือนกัน แต่ถ้าเราเอาความคิดที่แตกต่างนั้นมาปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับงานได้ นอกจากจะไม่ทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งต่อกันแล้ว งานที่ออกมาก็ย่อมมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
