การศึกษาเรื่องคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางพารา กรณีศึกษา บ้านใหม่พัฒนา ตำบลศรีวิไล อำเภอศรีวิไล จังหวัดบึงกาฬ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางพารา ซึ่งทำการศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หัวหน้าครอบครัวที่เป็นเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางพาราที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่บ้านใหม่พัฒนา ตำบลศรีวิไล อำเภอศรีวิไล จังหวัดบึงกาฬ จำนวน ๑๘๙ คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อฉบับภาษาไทย (WHOQOL - BREF – THAI) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมของเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางพารา อยู่ในระดับคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี เมื่อพิจารณาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในแต่ละด้านพบว่า ด้านร่างกาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๒๘.๒๒ อยู่ในระดับคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี ไม่พบโรคที่เกิดจากการทำสวนยางพารา มีเพียงอาการปวดเมื่อยตามร่างกายที่อยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านจิตใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๒๖.๔๗ อยู่ในระดับคุณภาพที่ดี เกษตรกรมีความเครียด วิตกกังวลในระดับน้อย ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของตนเอง แต่การรับรู้ข่าวสารต่างๆที่จำเป็นยังไม่เพียงพอ รวมทั้งความไม่เสถียรของราคายางพารา ทำให้เกษตรกรมีรายได้และรายจ่ายที่ไม่แน่นอน ส่งผลให้มีเงินที่พอใช้จ่ายตามความจำเป็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
