ฉันคิดว่าเป็นหลักเกณฑ์ที่ดีมากแต่ในประเทศไทยมีคนพูดถึงหรือให้ความสำคัญน้อยมากจนทำให้มีผลกระทบต่อพัฒนาการด้านภาษาและสังคม ดังนี้คือ
1.เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 2ปี ไม่ควรให้ดูโทรทัศน์เลย (ย้ำว่าไม่ควรให้ดูโทรทัศน์เลย)
2.และเด็กที่อายุเกิน 2ปีก็ควรดูไม่เกิน 2ชั่วโมงต่อวัน
