ด้วยบริษัทฯ ได้มีการแก้ไขและเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน ฉบับลงวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2541 ตามที่พนักงานตรวจแรงงาน สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 4 ได้ให้บริษัทฯ แก้ไขข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน อ้างตามหนังสือเรื่อง ขอเชิญพบพนักงานตรวจแรงงาน เลขที่ รง 0507.4/ว1616 ลงวันที่ 6 ธันวาคม 2555 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานฉบับที่ประกาศใช้ในปัจจุบันและให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน และต่อมาบริษัทฯ ได้มีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน ฉบับลงวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2558 ซึ่งสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 4 ได้พิจารณาข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงานดังกล่าวแล้ว เห็นว่า ข้อบังคับฯ ดังกล่าวเป็นไปตามมาตรา 108 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงานพ.ศ. 2541 ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ได้มีการประชุมร่วมกับคณะกรรมการสวัสดิการในสถานประกอบกิจการถึงราย ละเอียดของการแก้ไข เพิ่มเติมต่างๆ รวมทั้งได้มีการชี้แจงให้พนักงานทุกท่านได้รับทราบโดยทั่วกันเป็นที่เรียบร้อย บริษัทฯ จึงขอประกาศใช้ข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงานฉบับใหม่นี้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2558
