ข้อ 4. ถ้าผู้กู้ผิดนัดในข้อหนึ่งข้อใดแห่งสัญญานี้ ผู้กู้ยอมรับผิดชดใช้ค่าเสียหายบรรดาที่ผู้ให้กู้จะพึงได้รับอันเนื่องมาจากความผิดของผู้กู้รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายในการเตือน เรียกร้องทวงถาม ดำเนินคดีและบังคับการชำระหนี้ได้ทั้งสิน

ผู้กู้ได้อ่านข้อความในสัญญาและเข้าใจโดยดีตลอดแล้ว จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้สำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน
