การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “ปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและลักษณะงานที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันของพนักงาน ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี บริษัท หาดทิพย์ จำกัด (มหาชน)” มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส ตำแหน่งงาน ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน และรายได้ และศึกษาปัจจัยลักษณะงาน ได้แก่ ความสำคัญของงาน งานที่ริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ งานที่ท้าทาย งานที่มีความหลากหลาย ความก้าวหน้าในงาน การมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในงาน และความมีอิสสระในงาน ที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงาน โดยทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มประชากรจานวน 101 คน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ที่ครอบคลุมข้อมูลใน 3 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม, แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยลักษณะงานซึ่งครอบคลุมตัวแปรในเรื่อง ความสำคัญของงาน งานที่ริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ งานที่ท้าทาย งานที่มีความหลากหลาย ความก้าวหน้าในงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในงาน ความมีอิสระในงาน และปัจจัยความผูกพันต่อองค์กร ซึ่งครอบคลุมตัวแปรในเรื่อง ความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งขององค์กร การเชื่อมั่นและยอมรับเป้าหมาย ค่านิยมองค์กร ความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กร ความตั้งใจพยายามทั้งกายใจ ความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันและ ข้อเสนอแน่ะเป็นคำถามลักษณะปลายเปิด ที่เกี่ยวกับข้อเนอแนะในปัจจัยลักษณะงานและความผูกพัน ซึ่งใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่, ร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, การทดสอบแบบที (t-test), แบบ One-Way ANOVA และแบบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
