สถานีพัฒนาที่ดินสุพรรณบุรี เป็นหน่วยงานราชการส่วนกลาง สังกัด สำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 1 กรมพัฒนาที่ดิน กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ณ ศูนย์ราชการจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีแห่งที่ 2 บ้านโพธิ์เขียว 74 หมู่ 4 ต.ทับตีเหล็ก อ.เมือง จ.สุพรรณบุรี
ก่อตั้ง เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2538 บนพื้นที่ประมาณ 50 ไร่ มีผู้บริหารท่านแรก คือ นายสุรพงษ์ เปรมสมิทธิ์ เป็นหัวหน้าสถานีพัฒนาที่ดินจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ปัจจุบันมี นายวันชัย วงษา เป็นผู้อำนวยการ สถานีพัฒนาที่ดินสุพรรณบุรี

อำนาจหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. ให้บริการด้านการวิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน การจัดการดิน น้ำ พืช ปุ๋ย และการปรับใช้เทคโนโลยีต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการเกษตร/การใช้ที่ดิน ฯลฯ

3. พัฒนาหมอดินอาสา ยุวหมอดิน เกษตรกร และกลุ่มเกษตรกร ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจการพัฒนาที่ดิน เพื่อเป็นรากฐานการพัฒนาการเกษตร สามารถดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างยั่งยืน บนพื้นฐานความพอเพียงและการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกร
4. ปฏิบัติการอื่นๆ ตาม พ.ร.บ.การพัฒนาที่ดิน และงานจากกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ หรือที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
