งานวิ่งลุ้นระทึกงานนี้จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2557 ณ เวสต์ โคสต์ พาร์ค (West Coast Park) ประเทศสิงคโปร์ โดยคอนเซ็ปของการวิ่ง คือ วิ่งเอาชีวิตรอดจากฝูงซอมบี้ผู้โหยหิว โดยผู้เข้าร่วมวิ่งนั้นสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะ เป็นผู้ถูกล่า (เหยื่อ) หรือ ผู้ไล่ล่า (ซอมบี้) ซึ่งทางผู้จัดงานจะมีทั้งชุดคอสตูมและเมคอัพแบบจัดเต็มเตรียมไว้ให้สำหรับเหล่าซอมบี้ เพื่อความเสมือนจริงและสนุกสนานอย่างได้อรรถรสมากที่สุด
ส่วนระยะทางของการวิ่งทั้งหมดนั้นจะอยู่ที่ 5 ก.ม. โดยจะมีการจัดด่านอุปสรรคในการวิ่งต่างๆ นานา เช่น สิ่งกีดขวางต่างๆ กำแพงเนิน บ่อเลือด โดยผู้เป็นเหยื่อจะมีธงติดที่เอว ส่วนเหล่าซอมบี้ก็จะต้องพยายามไล่ล่าธงที่เอวนี้ให้ ได้ โดยเหยื่อที่โดนดึงธงออกก็จะต้องออกจากการแข่งขัน เหยื่อที่รอดจากเหล่าซอมบี้วิ่งสู่เส้นชัยได้ก็จะเป็นผู้ชนะ พูดง่ายๆ ก็คล้ายๆ กับการเล่นเกมส์วิ่งหนีซอมบี้ในคอมพิวเตอร์หรือแผ่นเกมส์ต่างๆ เพียงแต่ว่าเราเอาเกมส์ใน จอนั้นมาเล่นกันจริงนอกจอนั่นเอง
