ตั้งอยู่ริมอ่าวบ้านเพ เป็นสถานที่ศึกษา ทดลอง และวิจัยเกี่ยวกับสัตว์ทะเลและพรรณไม้น้ำ อีกทั้งเป็นแหล่งรวบรวมพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำที่สวยงามและหายาก รวมทั้งความรู้ด้านทรัพยากรสัตว์ทะเลและการประมง โดยแบ่งการจัดแสดงเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ ส่วนจัดแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำมีชีวิต พันธุ์ไม้น้ำของไทย และมีอุโมงค์ทางเดินใต้ทะลจำลองสัมผัสกับสัตว์ทะเลอย่างใกล้ชิด ส่วนจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ และส่วนจัดแสดงพิพิธภัณฑ์เปลือกหอย เปิดให้เข้าชมทุกวันพุธ-ศุกร์ เวลา 10.00-16.00 น. วันเสาร์-อาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เวลา 10.00-17.00 น. ปิดวันจันทร์-อังคาร
