การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ และข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนในอำเภอท่าสองยาง
สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในอำเภอท่าสองยาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 323 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
การบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนในอำเภอท่าสองยาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.78) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.98) ด้านการจัดสร้างอาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับมาก อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.87) ด้านการควบคุมดูแลอาคารสถานที่ (µ=3.84) ด้านการใช้อาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.67) และด้านการประเมินผลการใช้อาคารสถานที่อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=3.53) ตามลำดับ
ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีการวางผังแม่บทเกี่ยวกับอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
ควรซ้อมเข้าใจการป้องกันอัคคีภัยแก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ควรจัดทำแผนบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน ควรจัดให้มีระบบสัญญาณแจ้งภัย และประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้รับทราบ ควรมีการประเมินผลการใช้อาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
