งานวิจัยการพัฒนาระบบขายผ้าไหมออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาร้านกันทิมาผ้าไทย มีจุดประสงค์ 1. เพื่อพัฒนาระบบขายผ้าไหมออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษาร้านกันทิมาผ้าไทย ร้านค้าสวัสิการทหารอากาศ (ทอ.ดม.) สาขาท่าดินแดง จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของร้านกันทิมาผ้าไทย และผู้ใช้งานระบบที่มีต่อระบบขายผ้าไหมออนไลน์ โดยเว็บไซต์นี้ได้ออกแบบและสร้างขึ้นด้วยภาษา PHP ออกแบบฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ My SQL ออกแบบเว็บไซต์โดยการใช้ Macromedia Dreamweaver CS6 ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบขายผ้าไหมออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา ร้านกันทิมาผ้าไทย ร้านค้าสวัสดิการทหารอากาศ (ทอ.ดม.) สาขาท่าดินแดง จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 50 คน สรุปได้ว่ามีความพึงพอใจในด้านความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.02 ด้านการทำงานตามฟังชั่นของระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.11 ด้านความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานของระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.14 ด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.18 ตามลำดับ
