เมื่อวันที่ ๑๘ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๘ สถาบันวิจัยพุทธศาสตร์ประกอบด้วยส่วนงานบริหารและส่วนงานวางแผนและส่งเสริมการวิจัย ได้ประชุมเกี่ยวกับภาระหน้าที่ต่างๆที่จะต้องดำเนินการ ซึ่งมีประเด็นที่สำคัญๆดังนี้
๑. เรื่องผลการประเมินประกันคุณภาพส่วนงานสถาบันวิจัยพุทธศาสตร์
๒. การประชุมคณะกรรมการประจำสถาบันวิจัยพุทธศาสตร์ครั้งที่ ๒/๒๕๕๘
๓. การรับข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยประจำปี งปม.๒๕๕๙ (เพิ่มเติม)และ งปม.๒๕๖๐
๔. การเข้าร่วมจัดนิทรรศกาลในมหกรรมงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ ๒๕๕๘(Thailand Research Expo2015)
๕. การพัฒนาวารสารเพื่อเข้าสู่ฐาน TCI
๖. การเตรียมงานสัมมนาผลงานวิจัยนานาชาติครั้งที่ ๗
๗. รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานบุคลากรประจำเดือน
