3.3.1 Preliminary Work and System Study
It is important for the WWC modelling team to get to know MWA key personnel related to the project. This is to ensure smooth implementation of the project for the rest of the stages.
The team will set up frequent meetings with the client at this stage to gain full understanding of their expectation and requirements for the project. The WWC team will be also on site especially during the early stage of the project and during the development of the model.
The team will also start to gather necessary information from various sources to get themselves familiar with the overall DMA. Site visit especially during the development of the model is essential to have a better understanding in term of the system operation and also field test planning.
