1. Put the oil in a work and heat the soya bean slope oil medium heat for 10 secounds. Then add the garlic and the small Birdseye chilies and stir-fry until the garlic starts to brown.
2. Add the chicken and the small holy basil, stir-fry for a few secounds,then add the sauce ingredients and stir fry until the chicken meat is tender and fully cooked.
3. Add the large holy basil leaves and cook for another 1 minute.
4. Serve hot with the steamed jasmine rice.
