ด้วยงานบริหารและธุรการ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ได้กำหนดการจัดการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ "ปัจฉิมวาทผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ การครองตน การครองคน และการครองงาน"
ในวันเสาร์ที่ 28 มีนาคม 2558 เวลา11.30-13.00 น. ณ ห้องสัมมนา 1 ชั้น9 ตึกเพียรวิจิตร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ 1 บุคลากรเกิดความรักองค์กร -ได้รับทราบถึงแนวปฏิบัติงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆและสานต่อปณิธานที่จะพัฒนาคณะของผู้อาวุโสที่จะครบวาระเกษียณอายุราชการ อีกทั้งเพื่อ2 เป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหาร และเตรียมบุคลากรด้านการบริหารของคณะ ทั้งนี้ 3ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ ปี 2552 จำนวน3 ท่านมาบรรยาย ดังนี้ 1. หัวข้อ การครองตน โดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์วันชัย ธนาเศรษฐอังกูล 2. หัวข้อการครองคน โดยรองศาสตราจารย์วันเพ็ญ วิโรจน์กูล 3. หัวข้อ การครองงาน โดยรองศาสตราจารย์จำลอง ลิ้มตระกูล
