จากประกาศครั้งที่ 7/2557 เรื่อง : คู่มือ OC Operation System Phase 2(V.1) ทาง C-Loan
สามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลการดำเนินงานในกรณีนี้ได้จากการเรียก Report ในระบบ Cal system ดังนั้น AM จะดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อมูลเดือนละ 2 ครั้ง ทุกวันศุกร์ในสัปดาห์ที่ 2 และ 4 ของเดือน หากพบปัญหาจะรีบติดต่อไปยังผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไข โดยจะมีการบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบลงใน Area Check list
