Responsibilities:• To improve manufacturing process capability to detect any defects and prevent the customer from non-conformity product• Ensure all products are manufactured according to the specification• Analyze and disposition the non-conformity product or process• Initiative, verify and validate for corrective and preventive actions to address the products or process's problems• Modify the necessary systems including policies, practices and procedures to prevent recurrence of the problem• Train and review manufacturing operators on quality specifications, standard procedures and work instructions• Perform and experiment to optimize machines or processes' parameters including direct and indirect materials for substitution
