๒. ปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มช่องจราจรได้แก่ การขยายถนนและทาสีตีเส้นการจราจร และจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย คอยอำนวยความสะดวกและเข้มงวดกวดขันตามกฎการจราจรผลงานประมาณ ๗๐%
- ขยายถนนหน้า Main Gate เขื่อนตะวันตก ออกแบบก่อสร้างเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว อยู่ระหว่างของบประมาณดำเนินการ (เนื่องจากการจราจรโดยรอบ ทกท. ดีขึ้นไม่ติดขัด อาจขอชะลอโครงการไปก่อน)
