- เมื่อเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเรียบร้อยแล้วจะทำการทดลองความสะอาดของลม โดยเปิดให้ลมเป่าลงในขวด Duran ที่บรรจุน้ำ sterile 100 ml เป็นเวลา 1 นาที แล้วนำตัวอย่างน้ำที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ TPC
- เก็บตัวอย่างน้ำมะพร้าวจากสายยางทุก ๆ 2 นาที เป็นเวลา 10 นาที มาวิเคราะห์ TPC
