2. Get “Batch Number” on FEX File from Factory & Integrated FEX file Via YLP10 with option “ Active, data retrieved from Packing File”.
3. System convert Batch number as MFG date and together with calculate BBD date[ best before date ] and update into Inbound Line Item. “Expiration Date = Production Date +Total Shelf Life”
4. Warehouse can process replenishment with put away strategy [“H”-Shelf Life Expiration Date].
5. Scope of project will cover only High Rack & Put Away area. There are no record of MFG date / Batch on Put Away or Goods Issues process.
6. Project will active only CPD product.

Project Concerns & Issues
1. Batch# not provided by Factory CPP Vendor that is CHI460, IOR199 and some is missing from FEX file.
2. Loss of Invoice information on inbound for Finance team if we create inbound by Pallet- >Status now Check with CDC France for Solution

Change Management:
1) MM: The way to Create Inbound will be change as Inbound creation by Pallet
2) MM: Number of Lines on Inbound will increase according to number lines of FEX
3) WM: Add on Physical and logical on Bin location at WIP Area and High Rack.
4) WM: Add on Warehouse internal process on stock transfer from WIP to Sub-contact Location when release from QI stock since stock need to transfer by Bin under same Batch/Expiration Date.
5) WM: During Goods receipts process, system require to enter Production date if it is MFG Date or Batch on FEX file is missing with message “Enter the date of Production” when process GR by inbound.


Benefit:
1. Expiration date can visibility under Bin Level [Warehouse Module]
2. There will be WM Report for Critical Shelf Life Expiration Date Control List, this report can view the material is under Critical on Shelf Life.

Quantified benefit from Dc side
a. Reduce manual admin job to record & key MFD (for CPD only) in excel sheet after receiving + putting away: 150 pallets/ day
Time Spending: 3 hours/ day >> Est. Manpower cost: 4,500 THB/ month
b. Reduce idol time of replenish + pick team to select “right” MFD to sensitive customers (i.e., 7-11, Tops, Big C, GT customers): 16 SKUs and 2 pallets/ SKU/ day
Time Spending: 2 hours/ day >> Est. Manpower cost: 3,500 THB/ month
c. Per “b” requirement, it leads to physical and logical pallets mismatched, and inventory inaccuracy.
Time Spending: 4 hours to check CPD stocks and re-arrange “right” pallets to “right” locations.
>> Est. Manpower cost: 6,000 THB / month
d. Manual check stocks + MFD for the whole Dc when DP needs MFD report by division.
