Minutes of general co-owners meetin

Minutes of general co-owners meeting, no.1/2015 of Siam condominium juristic person, there are co-owners and proxies from joint owners in the meeting. Counting of quorum according to ownership ratio have been 3,404 ownership ratio out of the total 10,822 ownership ratio accounting to 31.41 percent. The quorum of this meeting is valid according to the Condominium Act No. 4 B.E. 2551.
After quorum was counted, Mr. Phaiboon Nil-Ubon was appointed to chair this meeting and entered into the first Agenda as follows:
