การศึกษาเรื่อง การจัดการวัดตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการวัดตามพันธกิจ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อหาระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการวัดในพันธกิจตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล 2) เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของพระสังฆาธิการระดับผู้ปกครองวัดในการบริหารจัดการปกครองวัดในพันธกิจตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล 3) เพื่อเสนอแนะการบริหารจัดการปกครองวัดตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในพันธกิจ ได้แก่ หลักนิติธรรม หลักคุณธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส หลักการมีส่วนร่วม หลักความรับผิดชอบ และหลักความคุ้มค่า และความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการวัดในพันธกิจ รวม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. การจัดศาสนสมบัติของวัดให้เป็นไปด้วยดี 2. การปกครองและสอดส่องให้บรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์ในวัดประพฤติดีปฏิบัติชอบ 3. การเป็นธุระในการศึกษาอบรม และสั่งสอนพระธรรมวินัยแก่บรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์ 4. การให้ความสะดวกตามสมควรในการบำเพ็ญกุศลของประชาชน ได้ทำการศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพระสังฆาธิการระดับผู้ปกครองวัด มีตำแหน่งเป็นผู้ช่วยเจ้าอาวาส รองเจ้าอาวาส เจ้าอาวาสวัด และเจ้าคณะผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 300 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ การจัดการวัดตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการวัดตามพันธกิจ และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก วิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
