มาตราการทางภาษีอากรที่ใช้ในการส่งเสริมการส่งออก จะแบ่งได้ 2 กลุ่มหลักๆคือ 1.ตามกฎหมายศุลกากร
และ2.ตามกฎหมายอื่นที่ไม่ใช่กำหมายศุลกากร
2.1.1.ตามกฎหมายศุลกากร แบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มดังนี้
-คลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บน
-เขตปลอดภาษี
-คืออากรตามมาตรา 19 ทวิ
