บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์ถอดน๊อตถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องโดยได้ทำการศึกษาและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากช่างผู้ปฏิบัติงาน โดยวิธีการสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งสรุปประเด็นปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ว่าในการถอดน๊อตถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่อง ออกจากอ่างน้ำมันเครื่อง เวลาคลายน๊อตออกใช้มือจับน๊อต แต่น้ำมันเครื่องมีความร้อนขณะถ่ายออกทำให้น้ำมันหกและเปื้อนมือ จากปัญหาดังกล่าวผู้วิจัยจึงได้ทำการสร้างอุปกรณ์ถอดน๊อตถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องต้นแบบขึ้นมา 1 ชิ้น โดยใช้หลักการออกแบบทางด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ โดยมีขอบเขตว่าจะต้องเป็นรถยนต์บรรทุกขนาดเล็ก
หลังจากผู้วิจัยได้สร้างอุปกรณ์ต้นแบบเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ได้ทำการทดลองใช้อุปกรณ์ต้นแบบดังกล่าว ทดลองถอดน๊อตถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่อง ผลปรากฏว่าอุปกรณ์ต้นแบบที่สร้างขึ้นนี้สามารถถอดได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์
