บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E เรื่อง สารเคมีในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 การเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E เรื่อง สารเคมีในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการเรียนด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E เรื่อง สารเคมีในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2
กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/1 โรงเรียนโพนทองประชาสรรค์ อำเภอโซ่พิสัย จังหวัดบึงกาฬ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยม เขต21 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน นักเรียนจำนวน 26 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้เวลาในการศึกษาค้าคว้า 10 ชั่วโมง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E เรื่อง สารเคมีในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและการทดสอบ t-test แบบ dependent sample ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E เรื่องสารเคมีในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพ (E1 /E2) เท่ากับ 88.15/86.02 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80
2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องสารเคมีในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 หลังเรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E เรื่องสารเคมีในชีวิตปรำจำวัน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
3. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจในการเรียนด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E พบว่าโดยภาพรวมนักเรียนมีระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด (X ̅= 4.85) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ด้านการจัดการเรียนสอน (X ̅=4.82) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านคุณค่าและประโยชน์แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (X ̅=4.87) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
