บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตราด ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนและครูวิชาการ จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนและสถานภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนและครู วิชาการ จากโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก 76 โรงเรียน ขนาดใหญ่ 21 โรงเรียน ในปีการศึกษา 2548 ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอน 299 คน ครูวิชาการ 97 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบทดสอบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที แบบ Independent Samples
ผลการวิจัย 1) พบว่า การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตราด ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนและครูวิชาการ โดยรวม และทุกรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดผลและการประเมินผลการศึกษา การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา หลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร การนิเทศภายใน และการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตราดจำแนกตามสถานภาพ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่รดับ .05
