เมนูนี้เป็นการตั้งค่ารูปแบบ Text Fi

เมนูนี้เป็นการตั้งค่ารูปแบบ Text File ในรูปแบบที่ต้องการ เพื่อนำไปใช้กับโปรแกรมต่างๆ เช่นโปรแกรมเงินเดือน เป็นต้น ซึ่งการการตั้งค่าก็สามารถตั้งค่าได้ที่เมนู Setup - > Data Setup แต่ก่อนอื่นต้อง Disconnect การติดต่อเครื่องบันทึกเวลาก่อน และเมื่อแก้ไขการตั้งค่ารูปแบบ Text File เสร็จ ให้กลับไป Connect เครื่องอีกครั้ง
