และหรือ ยินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่า หรือตัวแทน หรือผู้ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้ให้เช่า ปิดกั้น หรือขัดขวาง หรือล็อคประตูทางเข้าสถานที่เช่า โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้เช่าทราบก่อนจนกว่าผู้เช่าจะชำระค่าเช่า หรือหาประกันตามข้อ 4
