ข้าพเจ้าผู้เช่าขอสัญญาว่า จะรักษาทรัพย์สินไม่ให้ชำรุดเสียหาย และจะบำรุงรักษาให้เรียบร้อยตลอดจนหมดสัญญา และจะส่งทรัพย์สินที่เช่าคืนตามสภาพเดิม
