การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและการเผชิญความเครียดอีกทั้งยังศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานในตำบลธาตุ อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 124 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา แสดงความถี่ ร้อยละ ความสัมพัทธ์และการหาไคสแควร์ (chi-square test)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าระดับความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน โดยรวมมีระดับความเครียดในระดับปานกลางคิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.74 วิธีการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน มีวิธีการเผชิญความเครียดด้านการบรรเทาความรู้สึกเครียดมากที่สุด ระดับความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์กับวิธีการเผชิญความเครียด ด้านการเผชิญหน้ากับปัญหา ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับความเครียดกับวิธีการเผชิญความเครียดด้านการจัดการกับอารมณ์และด้านการบรรเทาความรู้สึกเครียด ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
