ความสำคัญ
เป็นพิธีกรรมของชาวจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ที่รำลึกถึงพันท้ายนรสิงห์ซึ่งเป็นวีรบุรุษแห่งความซื่อสัตย์และรักษาไว้ซึ่งกฏมณเฑียรบาล
